DO YOU HAVE AN ON-SITE MANAGER?

Yes, our on-site manager resides in living quarters adjacent to the office and monitors on-site activities during normal gate hours.

DO YOU HAVE ON-SITE SECURITY?

Yes, our facility is surrounded by a 10’ perimeter block wall with interior access available only through digitally recorded, electronically controlled and coded security gates. We also have motion activated security cameras, perimeter beams (active during non-business hours), state of the art alarm system, as well as well lighted driveways and interior hallways.

DO YOU HAVE REASONABLE ACCESS HOURS?

Yes, we allow access 7 days a week from 6:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M., including Sundays and holidays.

DO YOU HAVE COMPETITIVE PRICES?

Yes, our prices are highly competitive and our goal is to meet or beat any quote within our competitive area.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we offer discounts to police, fire and military personnel, seniors and businesses, as well as discounts for prepayments of 6 or 12 months. For existing tenants, we provide a 10% discount on all units rented after the primary unit. We also offer several types of move-in specials, which are available only for new (not existing) tenants. Discounts and move-in specials cannot be combined.

DO YOU HAVE AIR CONDITIONED SELF STORAGE UNITS?

Yes, the units are not evaporative cooled or swamp cooled. Each air-conditioned building is equipped with air-conditioners sufficient to keep the buildings at 78 degrees, which is of significant benefit during the hot summer months. Such units can be very helpful in connection with efforts to protect computers, televisions, electronic equipment, photographs, wood furniture, antiques, etc.

DO YOU HAVE RV STORAGE?

Yes, we have over 250 covered and uncovered RV spaces of various sizes, suitable for storing boats, trailers, vehicles, trucks, recreational vehicles, etc.

DO YOU HAVE ENCLOSED VEHICLE STORAGE?

Yes, we have drive-up units that can be used for enclosed storage of cars, golf carts, and motorcycles.

DO YOU HAVE DRIVE-UP UNITS?

Yes, we have drive-up units that provide direct and convenient access that provides easy loading and unloading.

DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS?

Yes, reservations can be made online 7 days prior to arrival date.

ARE RENTALS ON A MONTH-TO-MONTH BASIS?

Yes, we offer month-to-month rentals. If you chose to store long-term, we provide a prepaid option to pay 6 months with the 7th month free or pay 12 months with the 13th & 14th month free.

CAN I PAY ONLINE?

Yes, payments may be made online through our website, or with automatic credit card payment which will be processed on the 1st day of every calendar month. Payments may also be mailed to our office or made with cash, credit card, money order, cashier’s check or personal/business check delivered directly to a member of our staff.

IS THERE A REQUIRED NOTICE TO VACATE?

Yes, we require a 10 day written notice if you are moving out on or prior to the last day of any calendar month. A copy of our Vacate Policy will be provided to you at the time of your rental.

DO WE PRORATE RENT ON A VACATE?

Yes, we will prorate your rent as long as our office is notified and payment is made for the requested days on or before the last day of the prior month (except Sundays). A copy of our Vacate Policy will be provided to you at the time of your rental.

DO YOU HAVE AN ON-LINE PRIVACY POLICY?

Yes, please note that we collect personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver the best possible service. If you desire an on-line payment or reservation we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your order such as name, physical address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, company name, title credit card number, expiration date, and storage unit number. By collecting your email address we can send you information about your transaction and its status. The credit card information that is collected is used strictly for billing purposes. We do not sell or share information to unrelated third parties.

DO YOU REQUIRE INSURANCE?

No, we do not require our tenants to have insurance on stored contents inside the units, nor are we responsible for any loss or damage. We do advise all tenants to obtain insurance through an individual homeowner’s or renter’s policy. If you do not have a homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy, we will provide you with an Insurance Brochure at the time of rental so that you might inquire about insurance on the contents. We do require proof of insurance (and registration) on all vehicles stored with us.

DO YOU OFFER MOVING BOXES AND PACKING SUPPLIES?

Yes, we offer a large variety of moving boxes & packing supplies. If you call ahead of time, we will have your supplies ready for easy pick-up with no waiting time.

ARE TAXI SERVICES AVAILABLE?

Yes, we will arrange taxi cab service to and from the Palm Springs Airport and other desirable locations in the desert.
